The band Locomotion has emerged winner of the 2013 Edition of the Carnival. The 2013 Lagos Carnival was a huge success, thanks to YOU! It is however not over yet. We want to give YOU, the spectators a chance to win some more and we have now put up a Carnival Photo contest. Did you take pictures during Carnival?
